I got a turtle in my birthday, I don't know if it is Male or Female,
I don't know its breed or what to feed it ?
How to deal with him? How to train him ?
He is always sleeping, "its a bit cold we started winter in Egypt"

I made him/her a big opened box and put it in it.
I put small plate of water and some slices of cucumber as well
I dont know what shall i do ?
Tell me the perfect way to feed him and train him please

I am in Egypt, Cairo
It isnt familiar here to have a tortoise and not easy to find a doctor for my tortoise.
I need to ask also if he/she catch cold? what shall I Do without going to doctors??

I first thought horsefield, but the shell design looks like hermanns to me. Mediterranean species. Looks to be quite old either way

Is it in a card board box it need to be in an enclosure with coconut coir a heat lamp and uvb lamp need to soak him or her every cuple days and have water for him/her to get to all the time

You have a Libyan Greek tortoise (Testudo graeca cyrenaica), absolutely no question about it. Gorgeous animal.
