I am so nervous, i have never done this before so it will be text book.
I think i have some studying to do
Apparently in English the glue is called epoxy..

Hi Yvonne:

Using epoxy to glue a shell back together is not used much anymore. There's a chance of sealing in germs. There was a good article by Harriet Forrester about using zip ties. I'll see if I can find it for you.

Be careful using epoxy, as it set it generates a LOT of heat. Mix some up first to see just how hot it gets.

I was just reading about that. what i wanted to do is put a layer on top to sturdy it rather than reconstruct..

but if you can find that article that would be fantastic
