Definitely not a member of Manouria(mountains) do you know the origin in which they got this tortoise? Also where are you? I've seen a chilensis(Chaco tortoise) from Brazil with coloration like that. Could you snap a picture of the beak? Or can you tell if it has 2 or 3 "hooks" at the tip. It kinda looks like a gopherus species. @ascott or @yvonne are very knowledgable about the western United States gopherus species.
Your probably right. Always my weak side. Testudo and gopherus. Some very thick scales on the feet. But I'm sure Chris will know. Probably one of the zagros mountain Greeks.
That's a mix of some sort, probably T. g. ibera crossed with "T. g. something else" but I'm definitely not seeing a pure animal here. It at least isn't a pure ibera or T. graeca graeca.
