I think this is Wavyleaf BasketGrass. Says it's not safe for humans but I saw a video of ploughshare and radiateds eating this stuff. I was wanting to get it growing in the shady areas of my lawn.
Check it out on the tortoisetable.org.uk or maybe @Yvonne G would know.
I couldn't find anything on the tortoise table. I also searched Google with "basketgrass tortoise" and nothing came up. I'm surprised because this stuff is super common.
