Improving humidity?

I'm struggling to keep the humidity in my Hermanns table. She has Coco coir and top soil, live plants and regular spraying but it will quickly drop from 80-70% to about 50%. I also cover her table at night to try and keep the humidity up, which works really well. Are there anyways I could improve the humidity during the day?

I use a fogger on a timer during the day, works well for me.

Greetings. I think it s pretty hard to keep real high humidity in an " open top" tortoise table. Closed top enclosures it's very easy, especially with foggers/misters and timers.

This is her house. (She's made a mess of the place after her breakfast!)
