Injury?

I just noticed one of my yearlings have a sudden injury or abscess just below the eye. Anyone have any thoughts on it?

I don't think it's an abscess. Just looks like he was poked or something. Just keep an eye on it and if it gets worse, take him to the vet. For now, normal first aid will do.
