insects under the waterbowl

This morning I was cleaning Murderface's (my sulcata) water bowl and I found very little insects jumping around. Could those me mites? Should I just replace all of his bedding?

Could this be from the moisture under his waterbowl?

They weren't mites because mites can't jump. I thik they likely are springtail and harmless.
