Hi does anybody know if and what insects you can feed a Russian tortoise thank you [emoji4]

Russians don't eat insects. Take a look in the Russian section. I believe there is a good list there.

I agree with the other posters. No insects for a russian tortoise. Broadleaf weeds, leaves and flowers, all of the right type.

Looking at your avatar pic, it appears you've got some dry substrate in there. I hope you'll read through the linked threads and make some changes. Pet shops tend to give bad advice and sell all the wrong products.

I would not purposely introduce insects but a tortoise may consume insects while grazing and would not naturally pose a problem...
