change his diet and keep him hydrated... i love the name Concrete BTW

Yes Hes Still Young, and Can Grow Out Of It Because Of This, JUST Keep Him Hydrated And On a Good Varied Diet
Also Try To Get Him Outside As Much AS Possable For Natural Sunlight, and Give Him Warm Soaks Frequently!
