I've had peach for about 3 months now n just this morning I saw her like biting for trying to eat the upper arm close to the shell by her neck as if it's food... Is something wrong ? Everything seems to be fine with temps and humid

Do a really through once over of her. Check for mites or any other bugs that may not be seen by just a quick glance. If you see some bugs and she seems to be biting at them, I would consider getting rid of the substrate and starting fresh with no bugs. If it's not bugs, there might be something wrong with her skin in that spot. Check that as well.

Ya. Just keep an eye on her. The biggest thing is to avoid open sores
