hi can anyone tell me if this is a male redfoot i saw him on a ad for sale and i cant tell if it is male or female.

Man that tort looks familiar for some reason- has it appeared here before?
Dan's right- female.
it appears to be big enough that male characteristics should be showing. Small tail (the entire tail seems to be visible so you can see how small it is), 90 degree opening of the two anal scutes, small gap between the anal scutes and the carapace say female.
The plastron looks to be flat, and I did not see much narrowing of the waist. There is a small chance it is a male that has not sexually developed yet- but at that size, I don't think so.
