This is blade a redfoot.

Since I made the new enclosure he still loves climbing rocks all the time but this is weird....there are three hides in the enclosure and that's not one if them. But he crawls into there all the time. That all the deeper it is. He loves edging himself in there. Then a couple hours later he wiggles back out......y is he doing this?

Hide n seek, your it :D. I have no idea if that's "normal". As long as the rocks can't shift and crush him or he doesn't fall off onto his back without being able to right himself, which he would have the rock and hide to help himself, I don't think there's a problem. He just probably like the tightness of it and the dark. I'm sure he doesn't realize his butt is not hidden:D

He thinks he is pancake tort. :)
Torts like tight spaces to feel secure. Its normal. Seeing that your substrate is moist, being wedged between rocks allows his plastron to dry off, which is good since red toots are more prone to shell rot.

Your telling me. They have a moist and a dry side substrate wise. It's moist cause that's the side the fogger is on to keep the humidity up.

I have treated for shell rot three times in the 6 months I have had them. I just keel the foot cream handy now. It goes away in a day or two with the cream but it's crazy how easy they get it
