Is this ready?

I got sound fast growing tortoise weed seeds, planted them about 2 weeks ago but don't know how to tell if they are ready to feed?

I would say yes. I learned last summer that as most plants, weeds, grass gets too long they also get more bitter and not as good tasting to the tort.
