Is this shedding??..

I came home today and took out my girl to see how she was doing. I found a piece of scale on her nose that has lifted up?? It freaked me out, that’s never happened before. No blood and she doesn’t seem to be in pain or flinching when it’s touched. (I’m not planning on ripping it off, I know that hurts). I’m just wondering if this is shedding, if it’s okay and normal? or if I should worry? Thank you for any feedback.

Mine gets flakes like that, in the winter mostly when I have a hard time keeping the humidity up.
How often do you soak her?
