These spots don't look good. Is it shell rot? There is no smell or pus. If it is something bad, how long can it wait? i.e. it's the weekend, should I call the emergency number or can I wait to contact a vet on Monday?

How long have you had the tort? Was the shell like that when you acquired the tort? What is your humidity level? What type of substrate are you using and how wet is that substrate?

By the way, I believe from this pic your tort should be fine over the weekend... :D

It doesn't look like shell rot to me, but you can always treat him just in case. You can do this at home without having to go to the vet. Good luck. :)
