I cant see leopard in them....can anyone else! :p

In the face maybe? Or the outer edge of the scutes look a bit marbled? I agree the pics look very sully to me. Beautiful though!!

I have never seen a hybrid before/ even considered the possibility of someone cross breeding them until seeing this post. Very interesting. Just curious if you have done this before? And if so about the adults size health etc? And also about what inspired you to try this? Sorry if it's a lot of questions I am just super curious as I have never seen this before. Very nice pictures : )

I see it in the shell colors, they have started looking more sulcata as they have gotten bigger but you can also see some marbling starting..

There are other posts about these guys under my threads. I did not breed these but was aquried in a trade from a friend of mine who did . Yes it has been done before...not alot but it has. The first time I saw the lepracuttas in general was about 5 or more years ago , at a herp show here in SO CAL . There was a line just to get a glimpse of them .Alot of folks are against it , while others dont have a problem mixing two closley related torts. I dont know of anyone who has adults , so for me its an interesting , well documented ,learning experience. I have owned them since around 6 weeks old.
Enjoy~

I guess for me it just seems unadvantagous...like I can def see breeding for genetic advantage but I am not sure if a leopard sulcata mix would have any? Guess time will tell! I will be very interested to hear how this turns out. Sorry for inquiring about a previously covered topic I am new to this forum thing; still figuring it all out- I will look for the old posts : )
