Leopard Tortoise between Pardalis and Babcocki

I am interested in purchasing adult Leopards. I have heard that the pps are much more enjoyable as a pet and have much more personality than the pbs. However, I heard that the pbs are much hardier and breeding is much easier. What are your thoughts?

I have hatchlings pbs and a pbs/pps mix.

So far i cant tell a difference, but the mix is way more active, yet she is older...
