Took this pair of maps outside for some fresh air. The female is about 3 inches and a good bit darker than the male. Very cool morph can't wait till they're breeding.

They're gorgeous!! I love their eyes!! I don't know too much about map turtles but about how long do you think until they are mature enough to mate??

It would have been cool to see how that orange one turned out. Maybe another one like that will hatch this year.

The male will be able to go next spring. The females probably have a couple years still.

Very, Very cool man, I wish I could get a hold of some of these. Map morphs are some of my favorite. Don't be hesitant in sharing more pictures!
