That thermostat will work, but I suggest getting the 1000 watt version. Eventually your sulcata will move to an outdoor night box and need more than a 100 watt CHE for heat. http://www.lllreptile.com/products/13883-zilla-1000-watt-temperature-controller
Another popular thermostat is made by Hydrofarm. It has digital display.

You just plug the CHE into the thermostat, which is plugged into a power outlet, place the probe sensor where you want it, then set the temperature. This arrangement works best in a closed chamber habitat.

Since you already have a 'basking' bulb, you can buy a tube-type fluorescent bulb and fixture similar to any of these in the first three rows:

One of our sponsors is Lightyourreptiles.com, but I don't use the fluorescent tubes, and they're web site was a little confusing for me to link for you.

I use Mercury Vapor Bulbs and because I'm basically too lazy to turn them on and off, they're on a timer and they stay on all day long. If you wanted to be more like the moving earth/sun, you can run your UVB light for 3 or 4 hours during the middle of the day, then use something else for light for a total of 14 hours.
