Lighting shade

Hi all!

I’m placing some LED lighting strips around the enclosure (6000K) and I want to create some shade patches in case the lighting is too intense, would anyone have any recommendations on what to use to create these areas?

Plants.
Large flower pots laying sideways and partially buried, etc

I use black plastic dishwashing tubs and flip them upside down. I cut out a door hole just large enough for the tortoise. This makes a great humid hide if you wet the substrate under it.
