I have a question in regards to the basking light. It’s been really hot in so cal lately and my enclosure has gotten up to the 90s even with ac running. Is there another lightening I can use to keep the temperature a little lower?

I’m currently using an incandescent 65w bulb. I have the inkbird temperature controlled but because it’s summer I’ve unplugged it.

If you kept the inkbird plugged in, it would keep the bulb off if the enclosure got too hot. There is not a basking bulb that will stay cooler, the point of them is to bask under a bulb/sun that reaches 95-100 at tort level. 90 all over for some species is a bit warm, but 90 isn't the basking temp yet.

What are you using the ink bird for? Thermostats are for ambient heat sources. I would unplug that in summer too.

I'm assuming you mean that your ambient temp is getting to 90 degrees. If yes, that is good, as long as it cools at night when the light is off.

What is the basking temperature directly under the bulb? That should still be near 100. If its hotter than that, switch to a lower wattage bulb or raise the fixture up higher. I use lower wattage bulbs for summer.
