What is the best UVA-B light to use that is not a tube light. I currently use exo terra solar glo. And I keeps burning out. I want something that is longer lasting.

The Powersun 100watt MVB is probably the most suggested.
Yes, at this point, the Powersun 100w (or 160w with a larger enclosure). The main issue is making sure the enclosure is bright enough, not just in the basking spot.
That is why a tube fluorescent is nice. However, you can add a smaller house bulb 75w or so partway down the enclosure to add light.
