hi my tortoise got a bruise from my other around a month ago (i have separated them now) and its been healing well. today i woke up and saw that there is a yellowish liquid coming out his shell. it turns into a jelly like substance after a while if you dont wipe it and im very worried - do i need to take him somewhere to get it treated?? thank you. (2nd photo is after i removed the liquid)

It's weeping serum. Clean it well then dry it and keep it covered with Neosporin or Vaseline until it heals.
