Your tortoise is going to grow lots so any blemishes will be unique or grow out. Your aiming for slow smooth shell growth. Please ensure, heat, light, diet, calcium, hydration and enc is correct. I see no issue.. .

can i ask you another question, my tortoise is a little bit unenergetic lately he just eats and sleeps right after. What can i do to improve his life and increase his energy?
Heat and warm plays and important part on movement and digestion. Varied food is also important cut small.
I soak mine 3 times a week in warm shallow water in a high sided container since it was a hatchling and it pays off as he is hydrated and energised.

Don’t suppose you’d mind sharing a little more info on how you’re keeping them? It’ll help advising🙂
What are your temperatures like? Ie basking spot(directly under bulb) over all day temps, night temps?
What kind of lighting/heating are you using? Packaging pics are good if you have any.
Any indoor uv? If so what kind?
How’s your humidity reading? What are you using for substrate?
If we could get a photo of your full set up that would be great!😊
I agree with the others that there doesn’t appear to be anything to worry about, I think it’s just the way they are growing. I can’t guarantee that of course, but I wouldn’t personally be worried about it👍
