Should I get another baby sulcata to keep mine company? I take her outside and let her walk around, but when I'm not with her can she get lonely?

Tortoises are solitary animals. They prefer to be alone, and don't seek out other tortoises for company. This way they don't have to compete for the best hiding place or for the food. Likewise, your tortoise doesn't look to you for company. This is a human emotion. They like to be alone.

No, she won't get lonely. They love to be alone. They don't like to have other sulcatas around.
