Made an Enclosure today, thanks to Kadaan

After seeing Kadaan's Ikea setup, I was inspired to create a tortoise table similar to his/hers.

As I mentioned before, I purchased a 3 shelfer from Target for $30. The back piece was flimsy pressed cardboard, so I reinforced it with press on vinyl tiles that I found at Home Depot for under $2.00 each. The tiles not only give support but waterproof as well.

This is the indoor enclosure for our newest female Testudo gr.ibera

She loves the new digs, cruised all around, went for a "swim" ate like a piggy.

It is in my bedroom which gets tons of natural light. I can also open the door and window and allow natural sunlight to come in. Plus the room rarely would ever get below 65 dgrees F.

Thanks to everyone here for showing your enclosure. I still have some decorating to do, but I think it came out great, and for under $65.00

Are you sure it's decent to post that suggestive photo of that end of your tortoise? You wouldn't want other torts to get the wrong idea about her!
