Looks female to me. But as many have said, they all start out looking female. 
Its a baby. It is for sure either a male or female. I am 100% sure of that.

Haha just being a little impatient over here I figured it was too young to tell. I've heard with stars you can tell earlier than most other torts which is why I thought I'd give it a shot

She is, indeed, quite stunning.
From my personal experience with this species, at 4" you can tell if it's a male or female.
