Marks on the shell

Hi can somebody please tell me what these little marks are on my tortoises shell please?

New shell grow. What is your humidity levels, heat source, uvb source and temp levels. It is coming in a little bumpy

I wouldn't worry about it, but if you want you can brush the shell with chlorhexidine or any good antibiotic ointment just to be safe.

Not a joke. Seriously. We've discussed this many times. Do the search and you'll see. You can read all the previous discussions about those little white marks that are just under the keratin layer of the shell.
