Yes, completely normal in a warm and humid environment.

Scrape it off. It is unlikely to harm your tort.

Penicillin, the first antibiotic, is a mold!

Mold found this morning is this normal?View attachment 240801
I seen one piece or romaine lettuce fall between brick other day and i was too lazy to get it, the very next day I could see it all moldy like that. It grew in 48 hours. When I pulled it, it suck together like spider web. Now I pick every last peice of food up. I lose a bunch of substrate too while im picking[emoji106][emoji38]

Turns out it was a spot where he pee'd and I left a piece of collars or mustard greens. You're right I lost a ton of substrate after cleaning haha.
