Would natural mosquito spray meant for babies be alright to spray on my guy? The mosquitos swarm his face and neck.

I don't know, but if it were me, I wouldn't do it. Get some of those hanging sticky fly traps and hang them near the light. Also, there are mosquito pellets you can put in the water that are safe for plants, fish and turtles.
