I’m hustling to get an outdoor Russian enclosure finished. He arrives tomorrow morning. I wanted a branch for him to climb over but am branch poor right now. The only one I have has moss growing on it. It was a dead branch from an old Althea tree. Is the moss ok or should I just wait and add another one on later?

I wouldn't use this branch. That's lichen, not an actual moss.
Lichen is created by a symbiotic relationship between algae and fungus. It may be toxic or have other unknown side effects.

Thanks! Into the trash it goes.
