My baby sulcata developed a black spot on his nose and i don’t know what it is

I didn’t notice it yesterday but i got home today and realized he had a black spot and i don’t know if it’s something i should be worried about

I think it might’ve been a scab because after a few days it slowly started to flake away but i don’t know where he got it from
