My Baby Tortoise

I am wondering what gender you guys think my baby hermanns tortoise is. I know its hard to tell this early on, but its worth a try. Its hard to tell, the tail is short and points out, not long. (Eastern Hermanns Tortoise, One Year Old).
Feel free to ask for better camera angles, ill try to accomodate.
