I posted a pic of my dogs earlier, but they are very special to me...so they deserve their own thread!
My oldest is Henry, he's an 8y.o. shelter special. I adopted him almost 7years ago. He's supposedly a beagle/shepherd mix. I don't know about the shepherd, I call him a hound mix. He is a wonderful boy who is my shadow. He's very gentle, calm, and laid back.
Rhys (pronounced 'Reese') is my 14 month old American Pit Bull Terrier. He's dual registered with the AKC and UKC-I show him as an APBT with the UKC and as an American Staffordshire Terrier with the AKC. Like many dual reg. dogs he's very moderate in type, not too bully or too terrier. He recently became a UKC champion at a year of age. He's pretty much my dream dog and out of some of the best bloodlines in the country. I waited two years for him to be born but he was well worth it. He's in training for weight pull and will make his debut later this month.
These two are my constant companions and go everywhere with my husband and I. I've done a lot of training with them both and they are very well behaved.
These boys give my life so much meaning...I love playing with them, training, and working out with them. They're the best boys in the world. Can't wait to expand our family and raise my child with these two special guys.
