Looking for constructive criticism for my enclosure or just thoughts in general. I built this space just with a couple of pallets from my work and I got the glass front from what was supposed to be a sneeze guard at a buffet but they couldn't use it. My tortoise iris doesn't seem to even notice the transparency of it. And the some are just shade and others food. The bottom is lined with painters plastic and the plants are actually in seed trays with their own soil to keep from rotting g wood and to make a Little easier clean up. We'll hope you enjoy.2014-06-26 21.04.06.jpg20140626_204119.jpg 2014-06-26 21.04.06.jpg 20140626_204119.jpg

That' looks very nice. I suggest you at least cut food items, such as the strawberry in the picture, at least in half lengthwise to give the baby a biting edge.

Also, if you want to use that waterer, sink it down into the substrate. But keep a close watch on the baby as they sometimes get overbalanced when climbing out of the dish and tip over backwards into the water. (I thought this only pertained to baby tortoises, but the other day "Lassie" [my doberman, Misty] was telling me that Timmy was in the well, and when I went to look at what she was telling me my over 200lb Aldabran tortoise was on his side in his waterer. The waterer is a very large plastic circle about 8" deep, but straight up and down sides.)

It's the t12 light with the grow tunes it's 48" long but i have been taking her outside a couple times a week too because I've been questioning if it's giving her what she needs
