My greek tortoise shell rot. HELP!!!

There is problem with the shell of my greek tortoise its looks like shell rotting but i'm personally not sure what is it. Please guys help me out on what to do to heal it.

To be honest, i dont see anything odd... can you do a close up of the shell rot you speak of?

Looks good to me too - shell rot usually starts with white spots.

The black stuff is just coloring on the shell... I don't see any shell rot now.
