My leopard tail bend and hard

Hello my little leopard has tail bend down and Hard at the end of the tail

Is it normal to grow up to be normal? And if abnormal how i can fix please help

The tip of the tail is probably dead and will eventually fall off. I really doubt anything bad will happen because of it. He should be just fine. I have three yellowfooted tortoises whose tails were bitten off at an early age and they get along just fine now, for about 5 years!
