Came home from work to find Alan on top of his hide! The increase in humidity from his new substrate has given him an energy boost I think! I just hope he gets down safely! my daughter found him trying to eat the background picture earlier durrhhh hee hee

Ha ha yeah! on the way down he slipped but he got up went back round and did it again!!! Silly boy! I wouldn't mind I've seen on you tube 'suicidal tortoise' clip and noticed that tortoise automatically put his head in as it dropped forward but Alan still has this to learn because he still had his head out!

I know! I must admit its scary watching him but he's done it twice now and picked himself back up. I don't think there's a chance of him ending up on his back!?

Hehe this is tinks favourite trick!! He does it all the time and is ok, i dont thinks there's much of a chance of them landing on ther back, tink usually ends up face panting the floor. Alan looks so proud of himself that he managed to get all the way up there!

I was a proud mummy! And an anxious one when he slid face down! I thought he'd break his neck lol
