Hi, I have a 18 year old Russian tortoise ? her name is Fifi and she has black and white ? bumps on her butt that look like warts.

How do you know the tortoise is 18 years old I must say that tortoises that come from pet store vary in age and we truly do not know their true age.

Hi and welcome,
None of us can answer you poll without far more information. Unless your vet is a tortoise specialist they may not be able to give the correct care. Most tortoise problems are caused by things we do or don't do for them so there may be things you can do at home yourself to help him.
Does he just have the 'warts' or is there something else in his behaviour that is concerning you?
We need to see pics of the tortoise and these bumps, his enclosure and the lamps you use before anyone can give you helpful advice.
The chances are you've been given bad care advice which most of us starting out. This can easily be corrected but we need much more information about living conditions, diet, temperatures etc. The more you can tell us and show us in pics, the better.

We're going to have to see pictures. You can't expect us to answer the poll on such flimsy information???
