Hi can someone help me i think my sulacata have got something stuck in his throut as he is sretcing his neck and making funny noise also he have bubbles come out of his mouth and it feels like a lump under his neck please halp i dont no what to do

I'm welcoming you to the forum, however, I'm real sorry that it has to be under these circumstances.
It sounds like your tortoise needs to have a vet take a look at him. It might be a respiratory infection (where he can't get enough air into his lungs), rather than something stuck in his throat.
Only a vet would be able to tell.

Welcome and get him to a reptile vet ASAP. If its a foreign body the vet is equipped to remove it. If its a respiratory infection the vet can prescribe the proper meds for you. If it is a respiratory infection, there is likely something wrong with your housing and or husbandry. We'd be happy to help with that.
What kind of a tortoise do you have and is he/she still having the same symptoms?
