Today we were making her enclosure. Also we bought digital hygrometer, UVB lamp will be after some days in shop. What height have to be from Solar Glo till substrate?

So we put plantation soil for a substrate, some stones, bowl with water, bowl for food, piece of wood, forest moss, cuttlefish' s bone, plants and grass. Now we have 60Watt bulb.

To clarify the "pinch" of calcium powder...

The white spots (of sprinkled powder) should be barely visible on the greens/food. It should be hardly noticeable to your eye from a distance. If so, it will be hardly noticed by her. If it's too thick on the food, like in the last photo, she may not like the taste and won't eat it. Then it does no good. If you barely put any on, so that she can't tell it's even there, then she will eat it just fine.

They all grow differently. She does seem small for 8 months though.

As I wrote before, this is only for first days. don't worry now it's much more better ;) Please tell me how much of powder I need to give her, 1/20 of gram? Phrases like " a little bit" "pinch" and " lightly sprinkled" are inaccurate, I can't understand how much is this.
1/4 of what You had sprinkled is enough :)

She feels good. She appeared in our home 8 months ago. Is it normal size for her?

Leopard tortoise do not eat pears, tomatoes or carrots. Their gut flora is not used to digesting that much of sugar. Of course they will eat it if given but it's not good for them. Would You feed junk food to Your Kids? I think not... Please don't give it to Your little Tort.
