I'm in Louisiana , new Orleans area. I have not did any baby food soaks . I don't know how too do the baby food way .

Baby food soaks are EASY! just mix 50% water and 50% babyfood (Veggie only) and soak. Some people like to put a little calcium into the mix in case the little guy decides to drink his soak....which happens alot!

Im sorry to say my lil tort passed away this morning . All that i tried to do still wasnt enough . So he went too turtle heaven and looking down on us . It all started because the pet shop told us all the wrong things about how to take care of them . Since then i have did my research and found the proper way of how to take care of my lil tort now. So if you know of anybody on here selling a baby sulcata let me know please . Thanks Fireman Dave

Sounds like you're doing things right, just keep an eye on it and make sure its getting better not worse. It'll take time just make sure it doesn't get worse. Good luck!

I would look for one that is older.. not a hatching... go for a yearling at least.. . when you are ready...
