Nail Clipping?

Hi Everyone,
Do I need to ever clip my RT's nails? He seems to almost scratch his eye when he wipes his face while eating.

You shouldn't have to if he has rocks and slates to walk on.but if they are already long then yes but post pics so we can see if they are

Rocks and slate in the enclosure wear the claws down naturally.

Just like using a flat rock or slate as a plate helps to prevent the beak from overgrowing
