Sorry this my first post in a while and I'm looking for help. I found our little Asrtid up side down it looks like she was probably trying to climb a rock which has now been moved. I don't think she had been that way for very long. 20mins at most as id put her food in 20 mins befor finding her and she was fine. she was still wiggling about and hadn't pooped or anything. I gently turned her right way up and she seems fine. to me at least. She just sat there for maybe 10 mins then went and started eating. Is there any thing els I should or shouldn't do? or any signs I need to watch out for.
Would be rude to not include a pic so here she is100_6446.JPG 100_6448.JPG

She is so very cute. Sounds like she is fine. It's really dangerous if it is for a long time or under the heat light or in the water. I would remove anything that she could try to climb. Be sure the heat light hangs over the enclosure but away from objects or corners/walls of the enclosure. If there is a flat rock or piece of tile under the basking light, be sure it is level with substrate so she can't flip on that either. Usually the it's best to give them a warm water soak for 20 minutes or so after a flip and then just keep a close eye on them for a day or so for anything different or wrong looking

Very sweet.
As has been said, just avoid all flip hazards, especially under the heat source.
Otherwise there's not much you can do.
