Need Florida help

I will be in Orlando from the 10th-17th of March and was looking for some help from any locals in the area. I'm looking for places to go during the day and night(under 25 crowd) other than the obvious disney and beaches. Also looking for food places, we plan on going to a really nice fancy restaurant one night to celebrate, I am thinking Shula's right now but not sure if there is a place better that is maybe less touristy. I also love any of those local hole in the wall type places that don't get all the attention, so if you know any of those I would love to hear about it.

gatorland is pretty cool if you want to see a lot of reptiles! It is not too far from all of the touristy places-i think just down the road from medievial times.
