[Tropical Torts]

The pair i bought finally got here and I am so excited! The coloration of the male is exceptional. They are going to be a great addition to the herd, they are currently in quarantine awaiting a good report from the the stool samples I sent to the vet.

The guy i got them from said that they were WC from the Guyana locality but that he has had them for about 7+ years and that he has treated them so hopefully they will be clean with no parasites or worms of any kind. The big boy is 11.5 in and the girl is 9.75. They are both very happy and active and i cant wait to see them when they are introduced to the rest of the herd!

He has a very mean and masculine look to his face

He has out of this world color on all of his legs, head, and tail

And of course a plastron shot

Here is the female, not as much coloration to speak of but still a a great tort

Both are quite nice. The male is exceptional and has the nice red color around the rear legs and tail that Surinam and Guyana RF are known for.
All around a very good pair.

Thanks guys! I had just a male and two females a few weeks before i found this pair. I really was planning on buying any more for a while but the deal was just good to pass up and really think i got a steal out of this one!

Oh it is cypress mulch. Not sure why its light in the pictures buy yes its cypress.
