I changed my box turtle from a wood enclosure to a Rubbermaid stock tank. I wanted something more waterproof that I don't have to worry about and I figured my blue tongued skink could use the wooden one since he doesn't need so much dampness. The stock tank is only about 2/3 the height that the wooden enclosure was. Apparently Peanut can tell it is shorter and is spending a lot of her time trying to figure out if she can climb the walls and climb over. Do you think she will stop this behavior eventually? or is it going to be something that just keeps stressing her out?

a stock tank sounds like something with a solid bottom that won't drain.. do you have this outside?

no, it's being used for the indoor enclosure. She has stopped trying to figure out how to get out already though. She nice and chill now.
