I guess I don't understand the question?

All of our Torts have Star Wars based names. When we got our Sulcata his name was already Sid and it seemed to fit him. So to stick with my geek theme we decided to just lengthen his official name to Darth Sidious.

Or are you asking who Darth Sidious is from Star Wars? If so, Darth Sidious is Senator/Emporer Palpatines Sith name. Sidious=Palpatine
