I found new grass here in mumbai. I tried looking for its English name but couldn't find it. Google says it's regional name is Podshi and grows in Maharashtra during rainy season.
My Tojo (Indian star) loved these blades. For once I am able to add one more variety in its diet.
Any inputs if I should continue to feed it?

Hello!
It seems, that latin name for it is Chlorophytum borivilianum and it's a close relative to Spider plants (Chlorophytum comosum) which are safe to feed.
I wasn't able to find nutritional facts - Calcium-Phosphorus ratio, vitamin, fiber and protein contents. And as such can't recommend to feed it as a "staple food". But as a part of diet - it should be fine. Don't feed roots (tubers) and cut off most of the white stem part.

I too read that Google article.
Yes, will do that..just include it in variety but not as staple. Thank you... 🤗
