Talked husband into building me a home for my yellows. They Rome the yard (fenced specially for them and reinforced against dogs) and sleep inside this house at night now that the weather is getting cooler.

He did a great job! the front door hinges down to make a ramp and half of the roof hinges up while remaining waterproof for easy cleaning! The entire thing is insulated under the siding so it's toasty!!

There's nothing on the floor right now because I wanted to put VCT tiles in there.... The thought being that I would use Coco coir but I never thought about hay!! Would it be too dry for them?

Right now there's no supplemental heat in there but I will be getting a heat mat for the floor as temperatures drop a little further.... I have a heated shed for them but just trying to extend their outdoor life :)
And save a little on the electrical costs of artificial light :)

Such a nice house! He did a great job. I want to keep hay in my sulcata's shed this winter... but she'll probably eat it all before it can too dry o_O:rolleyes:
